I am a Brighton based company specialising in Building, Property Maintenance and Handyman Services.
I have 2 local letting agencies which i do work for regularly along with numerous jobs from recommendations and old customer's asking me back to do extra work for them.
I can do all your projects large or small from design to completion and will work with your ideas and your materials if you wish to supply them.
I have been within the building trade for over 25 years and can cover Conversions, Extension's, Lofts and Refurbishments from Structural work ( Steel Work for Lofts, Removing Walls and Chimneys and Fitting Supporting Steel Work). Supply and Fitting or Fitting only of Kitchens and Bathroom Refurbishments. including all the relevant trades like Electrics, Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering, Flooring and Tiling.
I also cover the finishing touches like painting from one room to the whole of the outside of your property. I also do Roofing, Guttering, Fascias, Decking, Fencing, Brickwork, Patios, Paths , Concreting, Block Paving and have even created 4 Koi Carp Ponds.

New sink installed, floor laid and blind put up.
Chris was excellent, he advised us on what would work well for the update we needed. He was efficient, very tidy, friendly and did a really good job.
Bathroom Floor and Tiling
Excellent work again by Chris. On time and on budget. He laid a heated flooring mat in the bathroom and then tiled the area. Great addition to the bathroom which he installed 3 years ago. Also, decorated 3 rooms to a high standard, excellent paintwork skills, carpentry of the skirting boards was also to standard. Very pleased and have no reason to choose anybody else.
Chris fitted two bathrooms plus decorated three rooms
Chris did an excellent job fitting two bathrooms and decorating three rooms. It was a tricky job but everything was coordinated extremely well, and I am delighted with the outcome. Even when there were delays (not due to Chris!) he never complained and just got on with it. Chris pays close attention to detail, and is very thorough. I can always rely on Chris; he has done work for me for many years including renovating my rental property. I would highly recommend him, and thank you once again Chris for your superb work.
To fit a new bathroom
Chris did a fantastic job fitting and tiling a new bathroom ! There was nothing he couldn't do and got round any problems to a very high standard . He even worked through his lunch break so as not to disappoint us by not finishing the job on time . Will definitely use him again as planning to get some new kitchen worktops in the new year .
Bathroom Renovation
Chris did an excellent job. It was a very small space to work in and he made it work. He was efficient and quick to get the work done and even threw in a few ideas in regards to how to execute the bathroom to a much better quality. Really pleased with the finished look and functionality, highly recommend. Will be contacting Chris again for future projects.
Fitted bathroom door
Chris fitted new bathroom door, handle and lock. As always Chris is very flexible and easy to work with. Did a great job and would highly recommend him
