Really good experience dealing with CJ Electrical. Chae and his team were really helpful and accommodating, from the initial site visit to the installation itself. Communication was good throughout. I will definitely use them in the future and be giving their details out to anyone who asks if i know a good sparky.

In response to my request to replace a defective bathroon pull light switch with a timer light switch. I was asked to supply a photo of the switch in location and a photo of the house consumer unit, which I did and and I received a quotation the same day. I accepted the quotation and was advised that the work could be carried on the following Monday. I was phoned on the Monday morning and advised that an electrician and an apprentice would be with me in about half an hour to carryout the work. They arrived as advised and completed the work in just over an hour and left the area clean and tidy

Extremely efficient customer service and Dan who carried out our EICR was extremely helpful and quick. I was very impressed and will use their services again.
