Immediate response to request for washing machine call out at 3pm. Came same day around 7pm. Big credit for working late. Resolved the problem within 15 minutes, no part needed. Extremely good service and value. Highly recommend.

I posted my requirement on Friday afternoon and had a response within a couple of hours. We made and appointment for Saturday morning at around 8am. CJM turned up on time, diagnosed the fault and repaired my machine within an 1.5 hours. Excellent work and I would use them again. Thank you

Repairman arrived promptly and assessed the problem - that our dishwasher (that hadn't been used for a while) was blocked with limescale. He cleared it, and gave us advice about how to try to prevent it recurring. He got the dishwasher working by the time he left.

Agent turned up well on time was very polite,turned out he had been before for another appliance and was just as good and professional as on previous visit,Will reccomend and use again. Verypleasant man.
