EICR Survey for First-Time Buyers
If you need a reliable electrician, look no further than Chris. He did an EICR for us on a house we are buying, which was vital for helping us make our final decision. Since this is our first home, we’d never hired an electrician before, but Chris set the bar incredibly high. Excellent communication, thorough work, and peace of mind. Fantastic service!
Service was amazing! Came at short notice, had quoted an initial price but on seeing the issue was able to reassure me it was a simple fix and dropped the price- this was brilliant as he could have so easily took advantage of my lack of electrical knowledge. EICR carried out
Chris and his colleague completed the EICR very quickly and efficiently. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. There was no hard selling or exaggeration of issues, despite my initial expectations.
