This man is outstanding. He will be our first call from now on and I urge others to do the same. Prompt, articulate, really helpful, fast, extremely fair - and he spotted our problem within minutes that others had missed. He even squeezed us in, at the last minute, on the day before he was going on holiday. We're still knocked out by the service he gave

Our boiler started leaking quite a lot of water. Chris was able to identify the issue from a video I sent him. He explained the problem and ordered the part to fix it, saving a call out. Repair went well and had some additional advice on improvements for the boiler which we may do in the future. Communication was good throughout as well.

Chris was absolutely fantastic! He was on time, polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. He explained what he was doing and the diagnostics as he went along. He quickly completed the job and talked us through what had been done. Would absolutely recommend him!

Chris was super friendly and helpful, really professional and punctual throughout. He explained everything to me clearly so I understood the issues, what caused them, and what the fix would be - as well as what the service included, and then what had been done and replaced. Quotes were given upfront, so cost was understandable and not a surprise. Would recommend

Chris was very good, arrived on time, completed the work to a satisfactory conclusion. He also looked at another plumbing issue we had and gave us very clear advice and guidance. He explained the issues so we understood them and provided a written report. A very positive experience and we would use Chris’ services again without hesitation.

My heating and hot water broke suddenly fusing electrics but (being on a circuit with downstairs sockets and all sorts) it wasn’t clear to me at all what the problem was! Chris responded at very short notice - I was lucky he was on a job in the area. He arrived with everything he needed (on public transport - enviro friendly :) - got to work finding the fault (underfloor heating pump) then got on lime bike to buy a part - came back and fixed it! All throughout Chris explained what he was doing; he was efficient, proficient and friendly. Would highly recommend and will use his company again.
