We hired him to do an EICR, while he provided a list of things that needed fixing, he didn't send the test results which are required for other people to quote on the fixing job. I have tried repeatedly to get him to send the test results or the completed EICR, but he hasn't. We have had to get another EICR performed.

He got back to me straight away, very polite. Turned up when he said he would, did a great job and charged a fair price.

Excellent service from start to finish

I requested a quote from Cliff after my EICR failed in my flat. He was thorough in his quote and worked quickly to make sure he had parts to do the work. Cliff even rearranged work to fit me in which was hugely appreciated. He was friendly and thorough during the job, and worked so hard through the day to get all the work done. He went above and beyond, helping remedy problems through the flat and in the tidying after the work. I would highly recommend Cliff to anyone!
