  Patio and laying new paving on steps

  Charles and the boys were brilliant. Really hard working and wasn’t easy as I have a steep driveway. They renewed my patio and extended and created 2 new steps on my path (there were 3 really steep steps converted to 2 steps). They were on time and worked all day and even on the bank holiday. I am really pleased with their work and will definitely ask them to come back later for more work. Brilliant work.

  Repairing chimney and loose slates etc

  Charles was friendly and helpful and arrived in good time. Replacement of leading and cementing for the chimney was done beautifully by him and his two man crew and he went above and beyond in sorting other small problems with the roof. We are very happy that the proposed work was carried out very well and quickly and would definitely recommend Charles.

  If you want a garden jungle clearing, send for Charles Jones (C. Jones Roofing & Landscaping) who'll make short order of the work required, leaving the flower bed very neat and tidy, along with carting away all the arisings.

  Finally satisfied but after a lot of stress

  I hired Charles to clear an old shed, decking, paving slabs and lay a patio with brick edging, lawn with rope edging stones and a raised bed by the end wall. The patio was excellent, as was the raised bed, but the brick edging was dreadful and it took three attempts before we were satisfied. The rope edging was also badly done and we had to request a second attempt before he got that right. The lawn was laid unevenly and had to be relaid. The new turf contained several dead patches which Charles had to come and fill in. I'm hoping that a good fall of rain will finally make them green.
