  Very dependable and resourceful, able to carry out really good work himself and bring in good subcontractors for electrical installation and assistance with plastering. Priced the work reasonably, kept to budget and didn’t go overboard when pricing additional works when things needed to change slightly. Good with keeping progress going and taking programme delays in his stride when unexpected work involving others was required. Understood the brief and sorted everything to deliver what was asked for, including giving friendly advice and some good ideas along the way. Invaluable.

• Kitchen remodel.

  This was the second major home improvement Chris has done for us. Highly reliable, trustworthy and always willing to help and go the extra mile. Work is of a high standard and any minor niggles are quickly sorted. We are delighted with our new kitchen, and much of its success was down to ideas Chris offered during the build. I have highly recommended him to friends and would always offer him first refusal on any future building works.
