From start to finish they were fantastic. They came gave us a quote and told was what they were going to do and kept us updated to when they were going to start etc. They did a great job and the new shower looks fantastic. Nothing was a problem for them. I would certainly recommend C J Parsons to friends. Thanks guys

annual oil boiler service already booked these men for next year.

Boiler service carried out . Was told they would e mail paperwork to me. I paid them cash . Have still not received any paperwork and they will not reply to my calls job done. Thursday 2nd of October 2025

LPG Combi boiler needed urgent replacement. Andy and Colin came to look at the job the same day that I contacted them, discussed the options and their recommendations, and I had a quotation from them by the end of that day. They came the following week to install the new boiler and did it very professionally and efficiently, leaving a very neat job. (See attached photos of old boiler & new boiler installation.) Very friendly service - would not hesitate to recommend them for similar boiler work.

No messing about with these guys. Dad and Lad came out to repair. My old boiler but was beyond repair. Two days later new one was installed highly recommended very professional.
