  I Have bought a door handle and went to retune they charging 15% handling fee. Not open& day robber

  I Have bought a door handle and went to retune they have charged me 15% handling fee. Not even opened and I have returned within half an hours I will never recommend to anyone and they are charging more then 50-60% higher then other shops. It is a day robbery. My advice please don't go to this shop.

  It is not a legal requirement to offer a refund, unless the product is faulty or not fit for use. Not just because they have used our product knowledge and gone and looked for it cheaper somewhere else. Yes we do charge a handling charge like a lot of other places, We have to pay the credit card company for the sales and the refund.

  Replace door handles/lock

  He did a pucker job, replaced door handles, lock socket and even painted the wood where the old lock socket had been. Left everything clean and tidy and working beautifully. Thoroughly recommend them.

  Realigning a front door.

  We were in a pickle as our front door wouldn’t lock. Work was carried out in a timely and efficient way at a fair price. Would definitely recommend and would use again
