  Main bedroom renovated

  Colin (and his team) were very good from the initial quote to the work being completed. We had several jobs needing done to the flat from a new kitchen floor, bathroom renovation, decorating a room and renovating anotherroom (knocking down a partition and putting in a new partition. Colin was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. I had other, cheaper quotes but have been stung in the past by going for the cheapest option. I believe we made the correct choice given the finished results.

  New wall boards in bathroom and kitchen ceiling boards added

  Repair to Bathroom floor, including full new floor, and replacement joists. Also repair to leaks in bath pipes.

  Excellent and friendly service, and fantastic workmanship. Repaired leak in bathroom, replaced the badly damaged floor and joists, including lifting and refitting bath, toilet, and sink. Refitting toilet and sink more than once, so we had facilities overnight, due to a vulnerable person residing in home. The work done was excellent and high quality, with high quality items, where replaced. Very fair price too. They also helped with my insurance claim by supplying me photos of the damage, and an extensive report confirming cause of damage. Even spoke to insurance firm on phone.

  New ensuite, painted all internal walls/Woodworks, painted all external woodwork, new interior door, new bathroom taps/shower

  Work was done to an excellent standard and in a very efficient manor. The guys were very proffessional and kept us informed throughout on the plan, progress and decisions. The estimation was in great detail and they made great suggestions on things we could do to get the best result, often meaning less cost/work. Would highly recommend this business as they have excellent knowledge, wide ranging skillset and deliver high quality results. We are very pleased with the result and we'll worth the price we paid. Would use again for any job we had in the future.

  New Kitchen Fitted.

  Colin recently completed the upgrading of my kitchen in Edinburgh. Works included electrics, plastering, gas install, kitchen fitting and tiling. We are delighted with the results and in finding Colin. He is someone that you can trust and rely on, goes the extra mile, has a really high attention to detail and all at a very competitive price. We couldn't recommend him more.
