    I have fire doors, which needed to be shortened prior to new carpets beings fitted.

    They were able to arrange to have the work carried out wuicly and arrived promptly.

    Excellent kitchen installation – highly professional team

    Excellent experience using CJS Property Services. Chay and Kevin did a fantastic job fitting our new kitchen their workmanship is outstanding and they really cared about getting the finish just right. Adam the electrician was equally brilliant, professional, and tidy. It’s rare to find a team where everyone is on the same page and delivering such high quality work. Would absolutely use them again and would recommend to others.

    Kitchen installation and new flooring

    Overall a great job, and really pleased with the end result. The job involved removing existing kitchen and flooring and replace with new. I was impressed with the standard of work and attention to detail shown by all of the team that work on the job, Chay, Kev, Adam & Matt, who were all very friendly and easy to deal with. We opted for a quartz worktop, which Wren specifically fit once the units are installed, the worktop fitters made a point of commenting on how well the units had been installed, I thinks that speaks for itself. Highly recommended.

    The works to upgrade our ensuite were superbly executed to our design. Workmanship was great & the scope of works were undertaken on budget & within the duration as stated and agreed within the quote provided. I would highly recommend this company.

    Ensuite shower refit. Guys were really good, friendly and polite.

    Old Shower and tiles were ripped out and replaced with new panels, a new shower and doors. Shay and Kev were both really good, friendly and polite. After completing the job they did a good job of tidying up.

My name is Chay,

I'm a time served Carpenter and Joiner. I've been trading for myself as a sole trader now for over 6 years,

I have over 18 years experience in joinery/maintenance and the construction industry.

I have a vast array of experience in this industry consisting from large timber builds through to new builds consisting of 1st and 2nd fix work. this includes floor/joist laying, stud wall installs and door and frame installs.

My main field of work is installing fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, I have very good knowledge and experience in this area.

I also carry out skirting/architrave internal/external door hanging and other joinery jobs throughout the home this includes decorating and household building maintenance from a leaking tap to a broken fence no job is too small.
