Having problems to the locks of both the front and rear patio sliding doors I contacted Chris (CJW Locksmiths).With the matters not considered urgent and convenient for us he came to our house within 48 hours. I don't tend (maybe ever!) leave reviews, but on this occasion 'what a star' Assessed the problems and both resolved within 1 hour.

Excellent service from Carl and Chris. Called to arrange a convenient time to view windows as soon as I posted my job and carried out the repairs fast and efficiently even checking on an extra job whilst here at no extra cost. Will definitely use again and will recommend to friends and family.

Chris provided an absolutely excellent service when my mum’s front door lock broke earlier this week. After being let down (and almost scammed) by a national provider I’m so pleased that I found Chris’ number. Chris came out later that day, assessed the problem and got a part quickly to fix the door. My mum is vulnerable and elderly so I can’t thank Chris enough for the way he dealt with my mum and getting it sorted quickly for her for a reasonable price. Thank you so much.

When we needed to assess the quality of our lock, Chris was efficient, friendly, and helped us find the best lock to suit our needs. He answered all of our questions in a clear manner, quickly installed the new lock, and made the whole process of getting new locks much easier than we expected.

Work was carried out very efficiently and to a high standard, would definitely recommend.
