Craig was efficient and got the job sorted quickly.

Craig came to my home to complete a number of plumbing issues: Replace kitchen tap, seal kitchen sink. Replace plunger style plugs in the bath and bathroom sink and unblock the bath. Craig was polite, pleasant and completely professional. Craig went over and above the requirements and completed some additional works for me. I would highly recommend him, and have already recommended him to my neighbour, to complete some work at the local church. Thank you Craig for a brilliant job, I am so pleased. Cheryl

Absolutely shocking service from CKA. Craig told me he would attend our property on a set day in "the afternoon". Waited in all day and hadn't heard a peep. Got to dinner time - we had dinner reservations which we cancelled as he hadn't shown up yet - and had to message for an update. Was told they were finishing a job and would be with us right after. Said this would be 20 mins. 2 hours later and still no sign. I got a request for £60 payment though... Talk about incompetent. Absolutely no apology and no explanation given. The height of rudeness and complete disrespect for me and my time.
