Kyle came on time, and spent about 1.5h cleaning the carpet with a large industrial sized steamer. He was happy to help move a few heavy items (tables, dishwasher) to get to the carpet underneath, and replace them afterwards. He carefully cleaned around the other items that could not be moved. He even managed to remove a large (2ft-diameter) boot-polish stain that had been there for more than a year. The results were impressive, all the stains and dirt were cleaned, and the carpet looked almost brand new. Would definitely use this company again for other carpets later in the year.

Left stains on carpet had to get elite to come and clean it again

Kyle is such a nice guy, very personable, explained what he was doing & done a fantastic job, carpet looked like new when he was done, would highly recommend, will use him again, thank you Kyle brilliant job.
