Excellent service. Very professional and polite phone conversation. Was able to come next day and arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem (replacement element) and carried out the work in under an hour. All pricing was covered up front and very reasonable. Work completed clean and tidy. I also appreciated that he didn't leave until he'd confirmed the oven was able to heat to max temperature.
