Electrical work and safety certification on refurbished rental property
Will came recommended and carried out all the electrical work required when we refurbished our three bed semi detached rental property. This included checking everything for the necessary electrical certification, replacing unsightly ceiling lights, which had been put up by the previous tenant, with simple pendant fittings and adding outside lights at the front, side and rear of the property. He was always punctual, worked tidily and was very helpful in suggesting the light fittings I needed to purchase for my requirements. He was friendly, polite and professional at all times. Ongoing electrical work
