This con man turned up , took approx 4 hours in total to “replace “ the flat roof . Wouldn’t give invoice , wouldn’t give guarantee certificate , texted me 5 minutes after he’d left to ask why money not in account . Kept going on about having to feed his children . Various addresses on brochures and Facebook ( about 7 that I can find ) repaired in dec by using useless stuff to stick rubber back down , now all the wood is rotten , stuck stones in holes instead of using proper flashing to seal . Just a con man from start to finish
