  Never turned up

  They never turned up, originally I was told they would try fit me in to get my bifold door fitted but they ran over, my expectations were managed it might not happen which I was ok with. I rebooked for the following week, booked the day off work and was messaged that afternoon, they were running behind and wouldnt be able to make it. I was a little annoyed but they rearranged for two days later. The morning came and went and they never turned up, no call no nothing from the lad who was meant to come. I messaged the owner and was told the lad was normally reliable! But that was no good to me!

  Repairing house doors

  I used this company for some repair work on some doors in my house and they arrived on time, friendly team and work was completed to a high standard at a fair price to . Would recommend and use again

  Fitting a loft hatch

  The loft hatch was fitted professionally and well. However when I posted the job I stated that the hole needed creating, framed and fitted. I therefore expected all of this to be within the quoted price. So I was disappointed when after completion of the job my wife was told (I was in a meeting) it would be an extra £25 pounds for the framing wood. I also did not get a receipt for the payment, if this is to follow then my wife should have been told that.

  4 doors and handles to be fitted.

  Required 4 doors fitting in the house with handles included. Dave turned up to the job on time and equipped to do the job. Really friendly and polite and asked everything we wanted doing before doing it. Knew exactly what he was doing. Would highly recommend and definitely be using CK Joinery again if needing any doors fitting in the future.

  Fitting of internal doors

  Chris and Harrison came to fit 13 internal oak doors. Craftsmanship was great and both lads were friendly. Harrison worked very hard with fantastic attention to detail. All in all a job well done. Thanks lads (especially Harrison ??)

  Fitting kitchen, new doors and door frames and new skirting board. Also laid laminate floor

  Chris and Harrison did a first class job, they are very professional and very polite and hard working. Would use them again and highly recommend them.
