Karl has done a few jobs for us now. He has replaced guttering, resealed a shower and replaced a security light. He is always polite and pleasant, and clears up after himself. It is nice having someone for whom no job is too small. We have always been pleased with his work and would recommend him.

We call Karl from CKN property maintenance to look at a blocked drain issue. Karl spent time locating the blockage and assessing the situation. He returned within a day to complete the work. Despite some issues with the extent of the blockage he completed the work, and replaced 2 patio slabs to complete the work. The job was completed to a very high standard. We only use CKN for any jobs now, Karl is very precise and does exactly what he says for a fair cost.

Called Karl and he came out to look at patch on the Lounge sealing caused by a leak. He located the issue within 30 minutes and after return visit completed the repair. The job was excellent from start to finish. We never use anyone else for our home maintenance. I would highly recommend CKN property maintenance without hesitation

CKN came out to check my property, gave advice, sent items in good time (flue needed fitting whilst chimney was repointed). Then fitted log burner, sorted all the fire proof equipment, gave advice and support throughout, and a competitive price.

Karl is an absolute pleasure to work with, we genuinely wouldn’t contact anyone else for any job within our buisness and home ! We can’t recommend highly enough !
