Shower left unusable and ignored
I had Cian fit a new shower, only to find the next day that the shower control no longer rotated, leaving it unusable. I contacted him immediately but, despite reading my message, received no response. Further messages and calls went unanswered. Mistakes happen, but I expected him to respond and rectify the issue. Based on my experience, the aftercare was extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not use Cian again and would advise others to think carefully before using his services, particularly given the lack of response when there was a problem with his work.Job location: B29RSun H10 Bathroom & Kitchen Plumbing

New Bathroom
Cian carried out an excellent refurbishment of my bathroom. Removed bath and installed walk in shower. Worked efficiently and professionaly at all times. I would highly recommmend Cian. Tbank youJob location: B31
