Arrived on time as arranged. Worked hard all day. Minimal mess but cleaned everything up ok . Installed, tested and explained equipment before leaving , would happily recommend for the quality and service provided.

The call centre answered quickly and connected me to the engineer. Two engineers turned up the same day and were very helpful and polite. I had a concern that the outside pump was prone to flooding and they lifted up the unit for me. The company who fitted the unit and had serviced it before were very expensive, charged mileage and their service was cursory compared to the level of work completed by the CKS engineers. Would definitely use them again.

Cannot fault the ac installation or the 2 gentlemen who carried it out. Friendly and extremely professional, obviously knew exactly what they were doing. Neat and tidy work and the whole installation cannot be faulted. The price quoted was most competitive with no hidden extras. We are very pleased that we chose this Company over the competition and they get top marks and our recommendation.

On the day I received an arrival update and confirmation an hour before. On site they came professionally uniformed, courteous and polite with impressive state of the art equipment.
