  I found Colin from his excellent reviews on Checkatrade. I contacted him to see if he would view a house which I was interested in to see whether an extension would be possible which he did. He was so professional and helpful I decided then I wanted him to do the job subject to acceptable quote which was one of the best I received. I’ve absolutely no complaints about him and his colleagues work. They were reliable, punctual, clean and tidy, polite and given it turned into quite a long job, very pleasant to have around the house. The result is fantastic and I’m very happy to recommend them.

  Colin did a fantastic job on our extension. It looks amazing. His quote was spot on. He is prompt at replying, giving advise and guidance and did a brilliant job carrying out works. He adapted to any changes we made and offered great advise when he felt we could save money while keeping quality high. His team and Colin were friendly and efficient and I would definitely recommend them and have them back.

  Colin initially met me to go through my plans where he was very clear with the expectations from costing to time frame. Once he provided the quote I was happy to go ahead with him where he was able to provide a start date. Throughout the project Colin and his team were very prompt with their start time and and always communicated to keep us informed of any updates. They always left the site clean and tidy before each working day. The work was done to very good standard and we are extremely satisfied with our now home. I have already referred Colin to my family members.

  Brilliant, CLA all build completed a patio for me and I was so impressed that I asked for a quote for a porch to be added to my property. I agreed the quote and even though the cost of materials increased worldwide this did not affect the original quote. The company were always on time, the quality of the materials and the workmanship was amazing. The attention to detail was great and has not only increased the house in value but has made the house warmer as it is more insulated. I I will be asking for more work to be done as I would like the rest of the house to look as good as the front.
