  Ceramic Tiling

Bathroom tiling with numerous cuts, corners and window detail

Brilliant job from start to finish. This was a bathroom tiling project covering part of the room, with plenty of corners, detailed cuts and some fiddly work around the window. The finish is excellent, with perfectly aligned tiles, colour-matched grout and a very high standard of workmanship throughout. The chrome tile trims have been neatly mitred at the corners for a seamless finish, and all cuts, joints and edges have been completed with great care and attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout and they were a pleasure to have around, with a good sense of humour. The price was fair. They were always happy to answer questions. Their approach was professional, using modern techniques and careful planning to achieve a high-quality finish, with great attention paid to setting out, tile alignment and the quality of the finished detail. They left the work area clean and tidy at the end of each day and were respectful of the property throughout. I am delighted with the result and have already decided to use them again when I have my next room tiled. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Re fit of period bathroom.

Alistair and Team are our go to for any plumbing or building work. The finish, service and general high quality of work is what gets us coming back. This time he completed our period bathroom. Floors leveled and tiled with marble tiles. High level wc installed and vanity unit. This also Included removing a radiator. Everything done to a high standard and in our time constraints. Thanks so much. We will be back soon for more work.

  Single Story extension

We’re absolutely delighted with the single-storey extension completed by CLA Developments Ltd. From the initial consultation through to completion, the whole process was professional, well-organised, and stress-free. The team communicated clearly at every stage, stuck to agreed timelines, and showed great attention to detail throughout the build. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and the finished space has completely transformed our home — bright, spacious, and finished to a very high standard. Any questions or minor adjustments along the way were handled promptly and professionally.

Finding solutions and a high end finish. Goes the extra mile.

CLA Travelled up to fit our en-suite, put up a stud wall and move my cast iron bath. They provided a realistic estimate. They demonstrated a can do attitude and were a pleasure to have in my home. Ali has been our plumber for years and we would not have anyone else. It’s great he has expanded his company to bring in Other trades and give a whole solution. High end finish as ever and looking forward to the next phase of our renovation. Thanks Ali and Chris. Highly recommended.
