Do not use this company. In 30 years of project management, I have never encountered an owner who is as arrogant and unprofessional as this one. He repeatedly promised to attend site but failed to show up, and rather than communicating any delays or absences, he simply ignored calls and messages for weeks, leaving the project unfinished. Several members of his own staff told me that this behaviour is common. On one occasion, employees turned up to work on a Saturday only to be sent home because, according to them, the owner had been out drinking the night before and failed to deliver a mixer

Brilliant job done, so happy with finished product. Would defiantly recommend
