Very poor experience
Hired Natasha for a bathroom refit — easily the worst trade experience I’ve had. She spent one day on-site, left pipes protruding, shower waste unsealed, toilet wrongly fitted, and bath valve reversed. She blocked me instead of resolving issues. I had to pay another plumber £350 and lost around £1,200 total. Workmanship was far below industry standards and other plumbers agreed her £2,200 charge for first fix was excessive. Unreliable, overpriced, lazy, and completely unprofessional. Avoid.

New boiler installed
Natasha was very neat and tidy. She left her work area safe and clear and gave very good communication. She was recommended by a friend and I would definitely recommend her going forward. Great job - thanks natasha

Boiler and central heating
Work was done up to high standard and professional standard despite there being lots of other work going on at the same time. Polite and timely and great communication when we were asked about the height of radiator levels and pipe work. Would recommend!

Boiler service.
Natasha was great from first contact to getting the service done. She was prompt to respond to our enquiry, arrived on time and carried the work out quickly and efficiently. Natasha noticed the flue on our boiler hadn’t been sealed and dealt with it for us and was happy to answer a few of my questions too. I would thoroughly recommend Natasha and I have saved her number for next year’s boiler service.

New boiler fitted
Natasha was extremely professional from start to finish, I can't recommend her and her services highly enough. Natasha explained everything in detail and even helped out beyond the work quoted for.
