Immersion element
Steve very kindly agreed to pop round at the end of a busy day. He messaged to keep me updated as to time he would be round. The element was checked and Steve informed me that it seemed fine but offered to replace if I wanted. As it seemed fine I declined and he put the element back and rewired it. This has appeared to solve the issue and only took 30 minutes total. Would highly recommend and will seriously consider using him again for further work. Steve was also very informative and explained what he was doing whilst testing, even letting me know how easy it is to replace myself if needed.Job location: RH1110 Emergency Electrician Service

Power supply issues
I had an MCB that kept tripping out shutting down Internet, phone (BT Digital Voice), and most sockets, looked to Checkatrade and Stephen came to my rescue on Sunday and worked hard checking every circuit. In the end it was found that there was a cable fault,which he temporarily and safely isolated and restored the power to every circuit bar the duff one and he came back and completed his work today (due to van problems on Sunday) to a very high standard and double checking everything.
