Charged me to remove tiles around the chimney stack, fit a new membrane and then refit the tiles. Charged me £350. They didnt do the work! They fobbed me off so I got another roofer. The second roofer sent me pictures that I sent to Lewis Clarke. I've added a picture to show what the second roofer found when he lifted the tiles. I sent Lewis the pictures. He accepted the work wasnt done bit still didn't refund me. I gave a negative google review. His response was he would investigate and contact me. I've heard nothing. If you want to risk using him. Supervise him and insist on pictures.

Contacted via the app, and the guy come over to quote on the Wednesday and they were able to identify the problem and come back on the Friday to fix. Showed pictures of the issues before and after the problems had been solved. Also went out of their way to match our existing tiles with reclaimed tiles,

They inspected the roof and very quickly fixing it on the spot. Explained the work well and I am happy with the service. They were bubbly, polite and very tidy. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had been let down by three other roofers but these chaps were here inside an hour. They inspected the roof and located the problem very quickly fixing it on the spot. Explained the work well and I am happy with the service.

1st class work from start to finish by David and the finished work looks wonderful so glad he fixed our problem with sinking roof corner.
