Called out for an emergency and arrived within the hour and did not have a call out fee , which i found a lot of others did , was polite and honest and explained all aspects of the work carried out before doing anything. Did a fantastic job and i would 100% use again and have since recommend to others.

Charges £70 per hour despite having only 3 months experience by his own admission. Called out to inspect my mums front door which wouldn't open as the handle broke. Took on the job and absolutely butchered the door which now needs replacing as it no longer seals letting the cold in. The mess he's made of the door is unbelievable, I wish I could share photos. He's damaged the door, the frame, and dripped oil over the carpet. Took over 7 hours to complete the job, broke the first load of parts and had to get more parts, and advice from his trainer, to 'finish' the job. Charged £450 'Discounted'.
