    It was a last minute enquiry. They really tried their best to help me within the day after all their scheduled job is done. They always keeps me up to date with their status so I won’t be worried if they are coming or forgotten me. I am so grateful that they fitted me in their slot because what a spectacular job that they’ve done! When I came home and check my bin, they were spotless! Not like the typical bin companies that came to wash my neighbours bins which is just a spray of water and still smells. They disinfect my bins too and all the horrid insects and other scary stuffs is gone!

    I contacted for a rug cleaning job and after sending pictures and description was quoted a price. A date was arranged for the cleaning to be carried out. On the morning when I asked the time they would be coming was told that the carpet cleaning machine is under service and they would contact me shortly. This was last week have not heard anything since. Why accept the job if you don't have any intention of carrying it out?
