Repair extensive roof damage from boiler flue/seal in disrepair (claimed fixed by previous owner)
Damaged lead, rotten battens and related problems with the felt and more - what may once have been a small problem had clearly been left to fester, with grey sealant shoved up holes and claimed as a fix by the previous owners. This company fixed the lot in fairly short time, considering how the extent of the horror unfolded. Very happy to have a roof that will not leak and which is likely to remain where it should when it gets windy!
