  Clayford London Ltd refurbished our bathroom in style.

  Clayford London Ltd refurbished our bathroom, and we are very happy with the final result. The job was not easy, as a hole, which had formed in the subfloor, necessitated the old subflooring to be removed, new floor joists were added and extra support between the joists were included, making the floor far sturdier than it had ever been. We are very satisfied with the finished product, which included many recommendations provided by Clayford London Ltd.

  Brick and Steel Structural Repairs

  We hired Rob & Clayford for structural improvements (repointing, reinforcing external stairs, installing air bricks) and providing structural door lintel repairs. From start to finish, their professionalism stood out. They were consistently punctual, friendly, & respectful of the property leaving it clean, tidy, and secure at the end of each day. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. When the scope of the project expanded, they communicated clearly and transparently about the changes in timing and costs.   Job Well done

  The company team of craftsmen is well led. In major renovation of a victorian house. With New Roof with quaryed slates / cast gutters / total repointing to victorian black . Very clean and tidy, cleaning daily despite their good floor covering. Great attention to detail with double checking where required. Because I was around I was able to witness the attention to detail at every stage. The final work was not only very good but even neighbours commented on the quality admiringly and has encourage many houses on the road to start renovations. I can highly recommend the company.

  Repointing, replacing windows and roof work

  We hired Rob and Clayford for repointing, guttering, replacing front windows, structural and roof repairs. They were punctual, professional, and friendly, leaving the house clean, tidy, and secure each day. The quality of their work was excellent, and we’re very impressed with the results. When the job became more extensive, they communicated clearly about timing and costs and worked with us to achieve a great outcome.   Brickwork

  Repointing brickwork and roof repairs

  Rob and his team worked on our Victorian house repairing, re -pointing, and staining the bricks on the front of the building. They also repaired and painted stonework around windows and porch, and painted the window frames. Roof was inspected and several areas of repair to tiles, roof valleys, stonework as well as guttering were identified, photographed for us to look at, and repaired Lastly, they built a new front garden wall. They were helpful, tidy, and courteous throughout the process, and helped us make decisions along the way as to work that was needed. I would highly recommend them!

  Refurbishments

  Complete renovation of double reception room

  Rob and his team did a fantastic job on my project, completely renovating my double reception room (laying new wooden floor, new plasterboard / plastering, redecorating, rewiring, new radiators, new doors). In addition, they completed some remedial work following installation of new windows throughout my house. A number of issues came up once they got back to the brickwork, but the team dealt with all of these - nothing was too much of a problem, and was dealt with properly. Workmanship was exceptional. I would highly recommend, and will be straight in contact with Rob for my next project.
