Yani is courteous,professional and does a great job. He was bang on time arriving, cleans thoroughly well and is spotless when leaving. The only sign of his visit were fresh clean carpets. No hesitation getting Yani back!

Yani cleaned our carpets and unfortunately there were two new rust coloured stains after his visit. He explained these must have been there previously and just appeared as a result of the clean. This may well have been the case but he said he would come back to try and address the stains and then just ignored my messages and haven’t heard anything since which is very disappointing.
