The appointment date was made after contacting Checkatrade, whom then forwarded Clean and Sweep's details to us. We made our enquiries to Clean and Sweep who then sent their estimate notice by email to us. We confirmed that we wanted to engage Clean and Sweep's services after reading the Checkatrade reccomendations. we received an email and a telephone call the day before the appointment, confirming the appointment time. We was told the receipt and certificate would be sent by email unless we informed them in advance if we wanted a paper copy. The chimney sweep, Mark was very meticulous and thorough. He cleaned up and tidied away after completing the job. We were very impressed with the overall service and friendliness of the chimney sweep.

Mark was excellent. He arrived on time, and was thorough, professional, & clean. Having recently moved into our house & never having had a log burner before, he took the time to explain everything we needed to know to ensure we got the best results from it. The cost was very reasonable too and we will definitely be using him again.
