I felt at ease straight away that he knew what he was doing & he gave a very reasonable price. We are delighted with the end result it’s like we have a brand new carpet. There was lots of stains and cat hairs on it from the previous owner and he made sure to get rid of all the gunk and somehow made the carpet newish again. Such a lovely person and very affordable prices. Defo would recommend him and use him for future needs.
