  We take reliability very seriously, and last-minute cancellations are extremely rare for us. Unfortunately, on this occasion, our cleaner was unwell with a sickness bug, and we prioritised the health and safety of our staff and clients. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we offered two alternative slots later that same day and another the following morning.   I recently hired Cleancanvas to clean my 3-bedroom house, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and thorough. The team arrived on time, equipped with everything they needed, and got straight to work. They paid attention to every detail—cleaning areas I hadn’t even noticed needed attention. The floors, windows, and even hard-to-reach spots were spotless by the time they were done. Will definitely be using again in the future

  Clean of 4 bedroom house

  Disappointed as I ask for a price for a 4 bed house with one ensuite one bathroom one downstairs toilet a kitchen and to have the cupboards door cleaned in the kitchen was quoted £100 which was fine but when clean come they only cleaned the rooms not the rest of the house so still had to clean the rest my self

  Thank you for your feedback. The quote was based on the areas you listed: 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite, 1 toilet, kitchen, cupboards, and doors, all of which we completed. The lounge, dining room, and hall were not mentioned in the original quote.

  Cleancanvasuk always do an amazing job on my property. They do my regular weekly cleans and even from the first job the staff are always punctual and professional. They even tackle areas I wouldn’t have thought of. Booking is always easy and have never let me down.

  Definitely recommend. They do bi-weekly cleans for us, always to a high standard and never miss an appointment. Staff are very polite and friendly!
