Easy to make a prompt appointment. Arrived on time, worked efficiently and explained to process. The cleaned carpet is amazing! I have tried hiring for DIY but never again! The price was very fair and reasonable. This will be my go-to cleaning company from now on.

We’re really happy with the clean. We had a DFS French Connection Zinc 4 seater sofa and love seat cleaned as well as our living room carpet. Ste’s communication was great from the start which gave me confidence in using Clean Carpets Dudley. It took around 3 hours for the clean itself and then the rest of the day and overnight for everything to be fully dry. We could possibly have used the sofa on the evening but didn’t need to so gave it that extra drying time. We’d definitely recommend to friends and family and would use Clean Carpets Dudley again in the future. Thank you!

Steve and his colleague arrived bang on time to clean our lounge suite. He did a fantastic job in quick time, without any mess whatsoever. Our suite literally looks like new. A really nice, courteous guy, who really knows what he is doing. We would highly recommend him
