No nonsense, approachable and very fair. Waseem and James have taken time to understand how our company works (where sensitive therapy sessions take place throughout the week). They are flexible and respectful, working with us and around the diary and when the centres are empty. The work is ongoing and they have completed all maintenance and bespoke work to an excellent standard. They are always willing to suggest the best solutions, even if it means them not doing the work themselves. Very honest and trustworthy - highly recommend.
