    Cleaning small tiled bathroom floor ( 3.5 m X 2.5 m cleaning ca. 12 sqm of marble, cleaning ca 60 sqm porcelain tiles.

    I was charged ca £ 1700 for cleaning of the above. Am only happy with the small bathroom floor and the rest was waste of money. For this amount I was expecting better job. I have let the owner known about the issue however he is not responding.

    The kitchen porcelain floor was quite clean to begin with and it looked immaculate when we cleaned it up. Our customer kept pointing towards "patches" that neither me nor my co-worker could see. Nevertheless, we cleaned that floor 3 times in an attempt to please her, but to no avail after all. We also spent a lot longer on this job than we would normally do with no extra charge to our customer.

    Very knowledgeable and competent professional who explained the difference steps required to complete this work to his high standards. He worked in a methodology manner and taking into consideration the condition of my carpet. Used modern and professional machinery which required the drying time and inconvenience usually associated with this type of work. Extremely good job.

    Very friendly and very professional ascertained nature of stains and used appropriate cleaner for each one. All stains were removed and carpet left looking brand new and excellent.
