We ended up only having 2 or 3 cleans with Lauren, after agreeing a fortnightly time slot which we were satisfied with. However after the first 2 cleans, there followed 3 cancellations from Lauren due to an ill family member, car accident to Covid, we were very understanding and put it down to bad luck. However when she was due to return and re-structure the business, she wanted to change our time. It wasn’t suitable due to having a toddler who naps and a shift worker but we agreed another time. I spent the morning preparing for her arrival and she never showed up or returned my messages?

Lauren was punctual and polite. She completed the work to a very high standard and at the agreed price. I would highly recommend Lauren for a one-off deep clean. She’s thorough but efficient and provides all her own cleaning supplies.

Lauren has done a marvellous job giving our house a spring clean. She turned up exactly on time, and gave the house an excellent clean. She is very polite and courteous and does a really thorough job - she spent over 2 hours in the kitchen alone. We were so impressed we will now be using her services on a fortnightly basis going forwards to keep the house in tip top condition. Highly recommended.
