Window Cleaning
All exterior work is carried out using the pure water reach and wash system. It is safer, produces superior results and stays clean for longer.
Work is carried out on a 6 or 12 weekly cycle and customers are messaged the day before a clean is due as a reminder.

Commercial Window Cleaning
Whether Office, School or Block Management, the same dedication to quality and service applies to our commercial customers with an added focus on Health and Safety. All work undertaken will have a full Risk Assessment, Method Statement and Order of Works supplied in advance of cleaning. References from current commercial clients will be supplied upon request.

Gutter Clearing
We implement a safe ground level cleaning of your guttering using a Gutter Vac System. This yields excellent results ensuring blockages are cleared and a good flow returns.
We also undertake small repairs like joint seal replacements for leaks, downpipe repair and bracket re-seating to rectify poor flow.

Roof Moss Removal and Treatment
We clear build up of roof moss and lichen from your tiles using a specialist tool shaped to your particular tile. The roof is then 'Soft Washed' using a Biocide solution which soaks into the tiles surface and kills off any remaining lichen etc. and protects the roof from regrowth for years. This is applied using a brush rather than a spray as it safely contains the solution directly to the roof surface. It is completely harmless to Humans and Animals once dried and does not reactivate if wet again.
This is the safest method for your property and the worker and yields fantastic results. It removes the danger of tile damage and water ingress from pressure washing methods.
