Juan and his group performed admirably. They began by placing a booklet at the door, and I called them the same day to make a reservation for their services. Many of the rugs in my home needed immediate attention because they hadn't been cleaned since the outbreak. They were reliable, polite, and punctual. They also paid attention to detail. They needed six hours to finish the task. I have nothing but the highest praise for them.
