booked them in to do some work. as a weekly domestic cleanup. on the day to start they didn't turn up. had a chase up, only got a response later that day to say that their staff member was sick. would have been helpful if they told us earlier

Kim did an outstanding job deep cleaning my house! She was thorough, professional, and paid attention to every detail. The entire place feels fresh and spotless — even hard-to-reach areas were sparkling clean. Kim was also punctual, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The girls where very professional, very friendly, and easy to talk to. Went about the cleaning with true care and thought, nothing was to much trouble. Even made me a cuppa. I live alone and they take the time to chat as well has doing the job, like I say nothing is too much trouble.
