    Bell washing machine seal needed fixing

    Communication was good, he came and sorted my washing machine out and found a tag in there too which he sorted making it less noisy too! Friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend again and keep his details for future jobs! Thank you so much

    Professional, friendly and reliable

    I asked for a diagnosis for a fault on my washing machine with a written report for a claim. Luis was extremely professional and kept me to date with time of arrival. He diagnosed the issue with minutes and sent me the report the same day 😁 Highly recommended and would definitely use again if need any repairs. Thanks!

    Luis was really responsive and came and repaired my washing machine within a few hours of my initial enquiry. Was really polite and worked tidily. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend.

    Great service and aftercare

    From the very first point of contact Luis was friendly, helpful and comprehensive. He was quick to book in to attend to our issue, kept me updated and provided estimated timeframes for everything. He thoroughly investigated our broken appliance, advised for replacements, and arranged delivery, before fitting it himself. We experienced an issue after installation, which is promptly responded to, returning and fixing for us. I cannot fault his professionalism and service.

    Washer repair

    I would highly recommend this company, I gave them a call mid morning with a washer problem, within an hour they got back to me to make an appointment the same afternoon. They visited my 85 year old mum, who explained her washer was not taking the fabric softener. Lois found the problem fixed it straight away, it was blocked with plastic and gunk, he showed my mum in detail what he found. Very professional quick and friendly.
