  Ben looked at jobs to be done and gave a quote, then booked a time to undertake the work. Ben has good communication and was very patient with his explanations, was professional, efficient, finished work in good time, and left the premises is clean condition. Although this was only a small job he took great care, and we will definitely be using him again in the future

  Arrived on time and appeared to carry out work diligently - as a roof repair, it was difficult to see what was being done and photo evidence lacking. Very polite and considerate, particularly in after job clear up. Commitment to being contacted if any after job issues. Timely work carried out after initial quote although only one day's notice to when they'd arrive.
