He made a quick visit to site to confirm measurements etc. and left a first impression of being friendly, courteous, reliable and professional! The glass was ordered, communication was excellent and the work completed in a timely fashion! Excellent quality of work, new glazing unit, extremely tidy and the door now locks perfectly! The price was as quoted and I will definitely use Karl again. My first impressions were spot on! Highly recommended!
