Loft Conversion-Insulation and Plaster Boarding
Loft Conversion- Insulation and Plasterboarding. I couldn't believe the thickness of the insulation our loft looked like a space ship, even the eaves have the stuff in. Once the plasterboard went up it has all suddenly gone from being a build to this is actually our new dream bedroom. We are so happy with everything it looks unreal and actually looks bigger with all the boards up. Clear Cut Constructions have done an amazing job so excited for the next stage. Loft Conversion- Plumbing 1st Fix
Loft Conversion-Plumbing 1st Fix Clear Cut Constructions have completed the pipe work for our ensuite bath, minimal disruption caused downstairs just a few pipes going through our airing cupboard. Loft Conversion-Staircase Installation
Loft Conversion- Stair Installation. We actually have stairs going up to our loft conversion. The quality of the staircase is fantastic and is an exact match to the existing staircase from ground floor. The installation is of such high quality it makes the new stairs flow like they have always been there. Loft Conversion-Stud Walls and Chipboard Flooring
Stud Walls and Chipboard Flooring - The build has taken on a huge change and the ceiling and walls have been knocked down where the stairs will go. Clear Cut Constructions have gone the extra mile in making a safety gate so that there is no danger for my children. Up in the loft we now have the floors and all our walls. Throughout this process we were involved in how much space we wanted in each section of the loft.The builders are now accessing through the house but it still feels like we are not being disrupted. Loft Conversion-Floor Joists and Roof Rafters
Loft Conversion- Floor Joists and Roof Rafters. Our loft has began the transformation, the builders made a roof within our roof and all the new floor joists have been laid. They have been accessing through the roof so no disruption in the house. Extremely polite and professional conduct informing us of when big deliveries are coming and giving us updates on progress. It was boiling hot up there during a heatwave with alot of insulation and Clear Cut didn't stop until the job was done. We can really see the space we are going to have now. Steel Insulation-This is the 1st time we have ever done any major work/renovation so we're nervous of the process and the impact on family life in the house.Clear cut from quotation stage were professional and prompt.They made us feel at ease comfortable and excited for the journey ahead.When the build started they came in and prepped our house. We were advised what and who would be in our home at every step. Having steels bought into your roof felt a little nerve racking but again we were put at ease with Clear Cuts professionalism.
