Gave honest and accurate advice on the phone
I made an enquiry by phone recently, thinking that I needed to arrange an aerial socket to be fitted. It turns out that I didn't and Howard gave me honest and accurate advice on the phone avoiding an unnecessary call out. I appreciated this and I would recommend.

Replace TV aerial on roof and wiring
Howard was excellent. I phoned one evening and spoke to him about our TV aerial on the roof which was pointing downwards. Over the phone, he diagnosed the potential issues and came round the following day to replace the aerial and fit new wiring. Howard also checked after the installation that the TV channels were all working correctly. He is very friendly, professional and courteous and I would highly recommend Howard.

Supply and fit digital TV aerial and cabling into three rooms in property.
