  Not impressed,

  Team were polite and did message about arriving late, which I appreciated. Booked as a set price £270 7-area deep clean + £20 oven add-on as I have a chronic illness and couldn't do it myself. Unfortunately it wasn't completed to a deep clean standard. Floors and stairs still had crumbs/debris and needed going over again, cupboard doors not wiped, sinks still dirty, hob still greasy around burners, oven interior/tray/rack still had baked-on grease after the add-on. Living room and study were untouched until the last half hour so felt rushed.

  We're truly sorry you weren't satisfied with our service, as customer satisfaction is our priority. However, the following challenges impacted our job. Upon arrival we found that the property required much more than a standard deep clean. We spent considerable time sorting and moving items before cleaning, which wasn't included in the booking. Also, there was heavy dust and stubborn stains that would normally require more than one visit to clean. The entire property was vacuumed and mopped, and before leaving, we invited you to inspect the work, but no concerns were raised at the time.

  Had a really good experience either Clearview, very friendly and helpful and did a great job at cleaning my house st the end of my tenancy. Would highly recommend.

  Great gutter cleaners

  I phoned yesterday for a quote to clean the gutters on my house. I was given a very reasonable price . Curtis came on time this morning and set to work immediately. Curtis was very polite and very efficient. Everywhere was left clean and tidy. I will definitely use this firm again when I need my gutters cleared. Thank you Curtis.
