Adam and the team delivered a top quality single storey kitchen extension comprising all first and second fix joinery, plumbing and electrics. This company is fair, trustworthy and communicated excellently throughout our project to make the process run smoothly. Adam also helped us with other subcontractors and managed the project efficiently and with consideration for us throughout.

Polite and easy to talk to, Cleary associates allowed us to communicate our ideas for example placement of drop lights, electrical sockets, position of appliances, sink and outdoor sockets. His team aways left our home as clean as it could be. Adam always tried to suggest options when me and wife where stuck with making building design decisons such as the type of roof tile, and also with window and door style chioces. Gone is our dread of getting a stretchy builder because we called Adam Cleary's team to our home. Now we just call Adam every-time at "The Cleary Group Ltd", second to none!

Excellent work on the extension from start to finish. The plans made the most of the space and the bathroom fitted is beautiful.
