Reliable and had done a great job Good builder and nice staffs

All work was completed to a very high standard at a reasonable price. All the workmen were excellent and ensured that we were happy with the work before they left. Would recommend to anyone who requires quality work at a reasonable price.

Cleary were very professional All our work was completed to a very high standard .I have to say they are some of the best tradesmen that have ever worked for us .

Polite and easy to talk to, Cleary associates allowed us to communicate our ideas for example placement of drop lights, electrical sockets, position of appliances, sink and outdoor sockets. His team aways left our home as clean as it could be. Adam always tried to suggest options when me and wife where stuck with making building design decisons such as the type of roof tile, and also with window and door style chioces. Gone is our dread of getting a stretchy builder because we called Adam Cleary's team to our home. Now we just call Adam every-time at "The Cleary Group Ltd", second to none!

Excellent work on the extension from start to finish. The plans made the most of the space and the bathroom fitted is beautiful.

Excellent work from Tony, Adam and the team. Lovely people too but the quality of workmanship is of the highest standard. I can't recommend them highly enough.
